Meet Matthew Moore, President / CEO and Austin Waggoner, SVP Senior Vice President/ COO (Chief Operations Officer). "Matt" hails from the Charleston, WV - Kanawha/Putnam County areas for the majority of his life. Growing up somewhat sheltered, traveling, gifted regular sports cars and valuable trainings such as SCUBA Diving, advanced computer training, and many additional finer things in life I certainly did not want or need for many things. Whilst Austin and I are preparing these short bio's of ourselves for everyone they are meant to provide a simple proof of yin and yang. We each come from different sides of the "coin" so to speak and our experiences help us navigate the complexities that lie ahead on this endeavor. Not only do we balance one another out in life we want to share this opportunity with our community and help those in need.
I have seen many ups and many downs in many parts of our great Capitol City and state for that matter. It is such a great thing that as a West Virginian we are by nature amazingly fun, interesting, and a welcoming people. It's born in our soles that we help anyone that needs it and we never turn a blind eye. It is beyond time for us to step up to the plate and help with this crisis of unmaintained homes, homelessness, vandalism, etc. Time to fix up these hidden gems and standouts alike and get them back to providing shelter to needy WV families and veterans as well. In the coming months you will begin to see a lot of "RAD" this and "RAD" that appearing in various locations for various things and we encourage you to stop by and say hello and ask us what we are up to. We pride our company on being transparent to a fault because we really are here to help and make things better for the community.
Austin hails from the Parkersburg, WV - Wood County areas for the majority of my life. In contrast to my partner, my life was more challenging consisting heavily of lack of structure, missing many family necessities and values and supervision in general. Often times I was on my own at very young age. I am more than grateful to now be building a real life with my partner and experiencing many of the things I missed whilst growing myself, to now helping others. I am so happy to be working to help in many ways addressing this issue. From needing clean clothes to haircuts to a wonderful place to stay, turn no further than to RAD for all of your life needs and creature comforts too!
We are EXCITED TO ANNOUNCE that we are OPENING our Community Hub Laundry Lounge known as BubbleZ this summer!
